🎙️Yep. I’m also a life-long singer songwriter, flautist.🪈In fact, Del McCoury Band cut #10, “Fire and the Flame”, on “It’s Just the Night”, and we won the Best Album of the Year at the 2004 International Bluegrass Music Awards! What a fun Night THAT was! (Handled a bit of the hand percussion on here, too, but forgot to give myself credit, lol!) 💸Now for sale to raise money for my🦋SWEETSurvivor.com Resource Fund! *NOTE: I wrote “Little Girl” after I first entered CSA therapy, and it’s lines are featured in my upcoming book, “SELF TALK - My continuing efforts to survive childhood sexual grooming and assault”, though I’m told, “We may want to change the name,” which I’m thinking is a polite way of saying, “Let us do what you’re paying us for and change the name”, Lol! I will bow to the publicist god! 💖All thanks to my dear Molly, who has seen me through over 20 years of discovery, healing, and personal growth.🎙️Jonathan Pines, of Wilco, Counting Crows, and Alison Krauss fame, amongst many others, for inviting me to record at his private studio. Like, so private, it’s not even advertised. What an honor!!!🎙️to Del McCoury for cutting my song after I gave it to him in the hallway and told him my CD ”Would make a good frisbee if he didn’t like it.”🎙️to Scott Simpson, whose song, “Hold Me”, I literally bumped one of my own already recorded songs for, and I look forward to doing more of his works in the future. But you really should hear him do it! A true original! 🎙️to Luke Turasky🎸(Luke Turasky Jam Band), Bruce Williams (NIL8) Bass~🎸, Jose Santiago (EVERYone!)🪘🪘, and Reggie Britton (Black Magic Johnson)🥁~ 💖To Jessica Rigney! Such an amazing, all-around great human and artist … I don’t know even where to start… Two of my son’s Doula; Le Leche and food co-op leader; Yogi Master, Poetry-photographer; Tangible form poet-artist, and dear friend, who I look forward to spending more time with as I finalize photography for the manuscript. I could go on.
